Why become a Top Performer

The Pacific - Clifford 'Steve' Evanson

In 2008 Dwight’s life took a drastic turn.  He was cast as PFC Steve Evanson in HBO’s Mini-Series, “The Pacific,” produced by Tom Hanks and Stephen Spielberg.  PFC Evanson was a real life soldier who fought and died in Iwo Jima during WWII.  Over the past few years Dwight has been able to connect with his family and build a strong bond with them.

On set, Dwight and the other actors spent time with the actual Veteran Marines who played such a major role in America’s freedom and liberty.  Their stories of courage, sacrifice, and commitment to service made Dwight realize how shallow he had always been.  Before 2008, Dwight was self-absorbed, only looking out for himself.  The  Veterans’ stories made me realize that life is about serving others and helping those around us get what they want and need in life.  From that point on Dwight dedicated himself to helping anyone he could with the talents he had.

Dwight’s Mission to Help You Become a Top Performer:

For those Marines, Top Performance was all about survival.  They had to be in peak physical, mental, and emotional condition to survive each day and complete their mission.  Though we may not be faced with such intense circumstances, we still have to perform at a high level in order to live the life we want.

Top Performers really live.  They have clear boundaries, stronger character, and believe in their mission.  Top Performers have more influence and help more people.  They may make more money, but definitely enjoy richer lives.  They achieve uncommon results and make a greater impact in the world.  They serve first and will be remembered when they move on.

We all have the makings of a Top Performer, we just need the Direction, roadmap, a system to help us get there.  Dwight’s goal and mission is to provide the tools, resources, and support you need to become a Top Performer and live a strong, fulfilling life.
